yo, SoCal's just been informed of Saturnalia, the Roman-heritage fire, bodyplay-of-all-kinds, & tekno mountain-top revel this Saturday December 14, 2000 in Ventura County. Saturnalia troupe, whose members span Santa Barbara to LA, are hosting this event, & opening the fire part at midnight with their own set, while stilts, sword-swallowers and as Saturnalia troupe puts it, "freaks" of every flag are encouraged to be uninhibited from 9 pm onwards til we party past meeting the dawn til 7 am.
Central Californians, ya may have heard the word earlier. anyone who hasn't, check the Saturnalia announcement in our SoCal thread here at HoP. SoCalFire's propagatin the word Southwards to give our fine family at Saturnalia a boost. first time they're hosted the signature holiday fest, so wondered who else on other sides of this mountain-top have heard, and who's comin?
especially from NorCal, Central California, Nevada, Utah, or Arizona?
& if you got winter fire festivities in your areas which are flamboyant enough to invite SoCalFirists, yo speak on it, give us the word & logos or pics if ya got em, so we can get the word out for you to this region with major freeways leadin everywhere.
