Hi all I just did a search to find out info on the Bristol Juggling Convention - what is contained in this post is cut and pasted directly from the site.

I thought this should be posted so that anyone who is intending to go could post and hopefully get in touch with others that are going.

I would like to go but I am working for the whole weekend unfortunately - booo!

If anyone who is going and is still in Bristol for the Sunday evening then feel free to get in touch and come to Bath (about £5 return on the train ~15mins).

I will be more than happy to spin after work on the Sunday night (finish @ 5 pm) and we will have our regular meet on Monday night.

Here are the Juggling Convention Details from the Website :-

Ah! But I'm a juggler. I have juggling clubs poking out the top of my bag to prove it. As long as the test doesn't get more involved than that I'm fine!

Dom, I hear they ask you to keep at least 3 of the damn things in the air at once!

If it has taken me this long to learn to control 2 things that are attached to my fingers how the hell am I going to manage to do this??

Excellent time - old friends re-met and new 1's made
Tanx to those peeps that showed me new trix -
cheers 2 dom - still working on the backwards'B-T-B' weave extra loop thingy got 3 extra loops there now - 1 inside, 1 outsde and 1 otherside!!
big-up thanx 2 dave for the staff workshop - really well taught got me doing my stuff 'properly' now instead of just winging it!
Thanx to the organisers who helped it run so smoothly
and tanx to those peeps who actually bought stuff off my stall - and pooooeeeyyy 2 all those that missed out on such cheap deals on kevlar, and fire equipment - those shops are gonna burn ure asses for your dollars!!
hi 2 peachy, jane, geida, demetri(soz didnt get 2 say goodbye ill try get ure email 4 india meetup maybe??), bryn eric, marco and so many 2 mention

And 4 all those that didnt go cuz of da assumed "kill all poi-ers" juggling vibe....I excaped with all limbs intact and even a few(semi-begrudging!!) compliments after the fire show - but then i did test byrn my newly made - 500mm long, 25mm wide rope poi, with 1/2 a metere of 140mm wick on each end!!!! - need a few more pushups 4 that 1, and a partner 2 pass 2 1/2 way through the 20min burn time!!!

Got 2 admit 2 learning a few more 3 club trix and some 2,3 and 4 count passing stuff too but heh poi was what got me into this stuff and itll allways be closest 2 i hart

peace out 2 all
Peace out 2 all
