Salutations! I have been twirling for about a year now.I am about to do my first proper performance(in front of an audience).Any advice would be appreciated as I am starting to get a little nervous. Thanx.

I span in front of a large group of people at a house party a few weeks back. It was quite nerve racking but I just got on with it.. I dont really have a way with coping with nerves.. It either goes well or I fuck it up !!
