Cool videos...I really like the Monkey Staff form. Been into it for a while,

But if you notice....people who are very good at tumbling, and staff manipulation still dont do contact rolls while they tumble...

That's because contact rolls are worse than useless for martial arts and also very difficult to do with center weighted light staffs like they use.

But happily, that doesn't need to be the case with rhythmic gymnastics and good old baton twirling! Who doesn't like a front walkover into a leg roll to throw? Stick an illusion in there and it'll be sweeeeeeeeeeet.

aerial stuff is so fun! I'm practicing butterfly kick with vertical staff over and under the kick right now, dont know what thats called but its alot of fun! Dont know how the hell you would be able to contact on anything else but a barrel jump even that sounds almost impossible! But if there are other people already talking about it than this gives me inspiration!

As for fire spitting and acrobatics yeah... bad idea... you'd be panting too much to fire spit safely but if you wanna do that go ahead... I let my friends do the spitting, I'll stick to the tricks!
