You will not find customer service on par with HoP anywhere else on the internet. I tend to be a bit of a tough customer (lots of questions, etc). Throughout the entire process every question I had was answered within 24 hours. Even issues with delivery were handled promptly, and beyond satisfactorily. I can’t emphasize enough how great everyone was to deal with.
