I don't even know what to steal first. More than I'm baffled by the moves themselves, I'm baffled by the sense of timing that many of them use (a lot of them have interesting pacing that I wouldn't think of).
So I started spinning 8 years ago, spun my heart out for 4 years and then lost drive...this video just blew my mind. I knew about stalls and a lot of the basic concepts your moves are based around it's the way you put so many small things into one. This art has completely changed in the last four years...I remember when throws, or whatever their proper names it, where first being discussed here. This video has renewed my passion for this...THANK YOU!
