They are your usual flags for spinning, but they have L.E.D. lights in them to "light" them up like the "sock poi" with lights in them. The lights are along the edges of the flags. Thanks for responding.

Thank you for your insight, but the lights are in them... I've played with a pair before, and I've seen too many people with them for them not to exsist. I've contacted the guy in the video, just waiting for his response.

Thanks everyone who responded! When I find out where to get them I'll post it so that it may become common knowledge... even if it's the directions on how to make them yourself, just so the next guy will know if anyone else asks. Once again, thanks all of you!

hmmm.... I would guess (not sure so don't take my word for it) that it is quite simply some flags on LED rope... Battery in the handle (or at the end of the ropes to gain weight/ momentum). Not so hard to make them yourself... Hope you will receive an answer (though I would doubt it) and keep us posted. Thanks for bringing it up
