2010 Staff Goals

My goals:

- Actually learn some double staff instead of just leaving the things sitting in the back of my car.

Yeahhhhh, I love these threads... Another year, more goals, more awesomeness...

I was gently surprised by my goals last year, the completion and nature of them. This year, more solid goals:

1) Keep doing this stuff for another year without getting a real job.
2) Do not destroy my fire troupe.
3) Do the choreography and dance things.
4) Do the Hundreds. All of them, on video.
5) Try and do 1000 Matrixies for Children in Need.
6) Try and do something for the Fringe, indoors.
7) More floorwork.
8) Get some silly leg stuff solid.
9) Make a CJ routine
10) Make the post modern staffs.
11) Make the amazing machines routine... Damnit!

That sounds like a good lot of goals. Now I have to go and work on some stuff before 2010 rolls around...

One day I will manage to come to Cambridge, and that day shall be known as the "Megapocalypse"

1) Finish to build my Contactstaff for training and for fire
2) Learn many things with the Contactstaff
3) Improve my Doubles Skills
4) Get my routines out of the head so I can play them - Really that sucks if you listen to music and now what you should play and it looks that great but you are not able to do it
5) Start with 3-Staff Jugglings
6) Work more on Antispin Isolation Inspin Patterns
7) Start playing FeiCha
8) get better at dancing and acrobatics
9) Get Patterns out of my head in to real patterns
10) Breakdown tricks so I realize what I really do so I can improve it the one way and teach it to other people.

- Continue to spin when I get back home to the UK and the cold
- Try and organise some sort of regular meet in home town
- Build a new staff to replace my travelling companion

Pending the first 3 go to plan...

- Practice all existing moves more so I don't have to chase the staff arround so much when doing contacting and hopfully make everything alot smoother

- Possibly start with some doubles?
