I'm dying my hair red!!! as in as i type im sitting here with a towl around my neck waiting the last 5 minutes to wash it out. YAY!!!

These comp sci newbies are nearly done which means I can nearly go which means potjie soon. Whoop!

Then i come along and i run over a horse with a cow so that the moon can spin into mars and destroy the martian chickens that want to rule our planet but are secretly working for the lammas who want cutlery and condiments to pay off the cows who are the mafia.

This is gonna be long and annoying.

My left knee and my back hurt.
I have final exams coming and I suck at every class I go to.
I need to turn in my portfolio in two months and I have nothing decent to turn in really. Cause I suck at art, too.
To be honest, I suck at pretty much everything.
And two out of three colleges I've applied to have too many people applied, so I'm left out for my grades are too bad.
All the people I know are so amazing I don't deserve to be in their company. And I feel bad about tagging along them.
And another problem, too big, too serious and scary to talk about.

Don't let me come down with depression again. I really, really don't have time for that right now.

I think I'm in love...

I might be performing to 30+ people...as a headline act.
For that matter I was invited to be involved with some freakshow performing at Fringe Festival in New Orleans.


I think this might be a good summer.

A lot of us feel like that sometimes. Like an impostor somewhere we don't belong, because we're not talented or clever enough. It's almost universally not true. The most talented people often feel unworthy.

Find someone to talk to confidentially, best to get this stuff off your chest with someone else, it gets much easier to think about it rationally that way.

Last thing, you're human. This means you're just as deserving of love, respect and success as anyone. You're as innately worthy as anyone else.

I hope things brighten up, soon. HOP is a very supportive community, so it's good that you're here. I wish you well, and I'm sure I'm not alone. You can PM me if you want someone anonymous to talk to

I'm thoroughly sick of house drama, and want to move, but I can't afford to do that *and* get a car.. which I really think I could do with. Priorities.. aargh..

just you wait, they'll be on your side of the world soon enough, on the shouty side of things I'm learning to juggle said knives blindfolded. And for my next act, I will get up on the rola bola and juggle these knives, a dangerous feat in itself, but wait, there's more, not only shall I juggle these here knives, not only shall I be precariously balanced on a rola bola, but I shall attempt to do it... Blindfolded! yee hee hee

I get isis poi soon as well, the email Sam sent me said I should have em by thursday! Hoooraaaaay!!!! The fire poi I've got at the moment are waaay too light, Isis poi should be just right for me, I can't weight

Gaaaaaaarrrrr! People are so slack! Why is it so hard to tell the guy organising the group trip away what you're doing more than 2 days before we *&%^$£ leave?!?! Now I gotta rush about reorganising, changing bookings and tellin everyone else their transport costs went up just cos half the group can't be bothered telling me what they've known for weeks!!!

Really should weigh mine sometime....

Haven't yet lit them up but they're GREAT unlit. I think in comparison to the norm I tend to like quite heavy poi, though.

My practice heads are 150g isis 160g other practice poi are 200g so I'm thinking that with fuel added it shouldn't be too far off what I'm used to.

The chains clearly add a bit of extra weight but I can hardly even notice it now that the head is actually heavier. (The total length of chain and the old head both weighed roughly 100g)

i leave work in 24 days and move to Melbourne in 49 days! im so excited i cant concetrate at work and cant sit at my desk for more than five minutes without feeling like I have ants in my pants!
