you can count on it, gabe... this place was the scene of the 1st time I lit up!!!

Ok peeps don't forget abot the WEFF. We had over 25 people at the last one... so be sure to come down and say hi.. or even better meet us for Chai at "The Shire" in West End.

Well peeps, the last WEFF was another great night.

Thanks to all the new faces who came down.

Will definetly be there, the last two weeks have been awesome fun.

Meeting up to relax before the twirling was a nice touch as well. See you all there without a doubt

Great photos...how regular does the westend fire fest happen...much closer to home for me.

Won't somebody Please think of the bandwidth...

JC, in future just insert one image and then link back to your website for the other photos.

Perhaps a gallery would be a better place for all these photos?
Either that or a link to the website instead is a great idea... Its great to see that the west end meet is still going strong even after about 7 years of it running!

there is a place for all your pictures Jc and that is the gallery...It makes it very hard for people on Dial up to read the thread becasue it takes so long to download them etc...please perhaps what arsn said with one piccy and a link would be great for everyone.

Plus orleigh park has been running for quite some time (with of course a few gaps in between...)The last crew to run it were the divine imagination and some dood who I cant remember his name...so a bit before you started there perhaps.

Some amazing photos there!! and well done JC crewfor putting Orleigh park back on the world spinning map! It´s one of those places that things happen in from time to time, but it´s great you guys are putting the energy and pulling it together these days... by the way that group photo had about as many people as the EJC fire space!

I agree Gabe it is good that the westend is happening again.

Great to see the people getting together,just adding some props to the older crews that made it happen too.

and the reason I have mentioned the photos is because it makes it hard for the dial up people to get into this thread. Even on broadband they take forever to load.

Our numbers have exploded over the past few weeks due to the heat. So even more people from all walks of life around. From Oldies to youngings. Everyone is having a great time at these WEFF's.

Bris31 will be comming down to this weeks West End Fire Fest. (12.10.06)

We are tyring to promote the fire spinning arts. They are from a show called "Tattoo TV" aired on Wednesdays at 8:30pm.

If your serious about the fire community this is a great chance to get involved and help spead our amazing art form.

We hope to have as many spinners there as possible. More the merrier You might also get to be on TV firespinning.

I will be trying to get the footage *taken over 2 days* and host it on the site for future reference.

So if your a fire spinner in Brisbane, why not come and suport the fire community and help bring awarness to our art form.
