I haven't read all this thread.... sorry it's a pretty long one... so I'm not sure if anyone's mentioned this already... but moonfest is a gathering in Brisbane if you end up heading this way........

It's every full moon with loads of lovely firey people and a yummy drum circle...on the beach.... close to trains...and loads of fun

Rocks are special. I like rocks. We have the biggest rock in Australia somewhere over here. Wish we had cliffs with flint in though.

hey so i heard perth is good for poi! well it just so happens that i may well be coming to perth for about 3 months as soon as i can get visa and work permit etc. you'll have to show me around so that i don't die of boredom staying with relatives i don't really know!

well im getting a flight tuesday as long as my visa comes through. im getting a working holiday one, coming out for 3 months.

I was thinking of leaving Perth because I have a chronic condition where I can not stay in one place very long...

I have moved so many time in my life that settling in one place is boring to me.

Also had some personal problems when I was thinking about moving...and instead of dealing with them I was thinking of running away...bad Medusa....
