native sleeping with angels Registered: 16/06/04 Loc: anaheim CA usa	ok its 5 in the morning and i cant sleep!!! i dont know why but i can always sleep after i spin fire but its been raining and i cant spin so i cant sleep!! does any one else have this problem?? _________________________ SLEEP WITH ANGELS muckieha

It's not caused by anything I've ever taken... just my body doesn't seem to need sleep that night - only happens occasionally, and usually I go to sleep at about 7 the next evening... You can get the loose-leaf (or in this case loose-root) form from health food shops, it's a natural soporific and great to take before you go to bed. I think it's the rush of it... afterwards you're just knackered from all the adrenaline and excersise and stuff... Insomnia does such. My best advice is get some seriously soothing music (like Boards of Canada) and burn some incense/oils. Have a light on but really low, and just listen to the music. That helped a mate develop a pattern of relaxation, so even if he wasn't sleeping his body was recuperating a bit. Eventually he just had a normal sleeping pattern.
