Aussie road trip... snow field...

Ok... this is really starting to play on my mind, and there's not that much room in there I had to let it out...

In August, the prices for cabin at the snowy mt.'s is bloody cheap... so... this is an invite to...

During winter (well, July anyway) i usually work up at Falls Creek as a ski instructor.. so everyone should come there, and i can teach ya' to ski to!
But if we go somewhere else, i'm still keen as mustard!

oh this is so going to happen, I can feel the cold... hang one maybe that was that tuna roll I just eat...

ohmygod i would love every single one of you forever if i could come!!! but isnt skiing really expensive??? i am soooooooooooooooooooo up for it!!!!!!!!!! poi and skiing... what more could i want!!!

dear god, i want you people to live. ur scaring me. snowboards have this way of hurting those who arn't used to them (or snow) poi-ing on snowboards.... i dunno, why don't you do three-section on a balance beam? I'm sure it's teh same idea... lol, ok that was an over reaction.

still, be carfeul about snowboarding, k? too many friends have gotten hurt doing it.

but then, i only ski xc, so what do i know?

I've never been ski'n and I'm possitive that if I tried I'd look like the biggest Gumby! But hey, I'll give it a burl!

I hope this is a yearly thing... sucks that when everything good is happening i have to be doing yr 12.

plus i have money next year,.. muahahaha

As far as the sking/snowboarding while poing, well um, I think a fairly adequate skill level in both disciplines would be required, I've tried doing poi on my rollerblades and that was fun.
Oh and which resort would be the best for every one to meet at?
I usually ski/snowboard at Falls (Vic) and Perisher (NSW), Bulla is nice and close for all melbournians

Rough estimates: ticket prices: $50-70 per day, plus lodge and food/drink I think we'd all need a min of a few hundred for a weekend, but it'd be so worth it!

ok, make it a weekend in august and i might be able to find enough $$ for airfares, accomodation (camping??), food, fun, etc etc
you have now idea how exited i am (runs around in hyperactive circles for 10 minutes)

i have a membership at perisher, and thredbos fine too... truly. i think its safe now, i was there last year. I m planning on going with my school sometime this year, so i could try and see if we can get a small group deal even!!!

Ok, ok, I just sent off a few e-mails to places mainly in the falls... I have told the people that about 15 to 20 people will be coming so this may just turn out to be a pretty cheap weekend... and if this does go pretty good airsick... it just may become a yearly thing... i want to go...bah, wanted to climb Kosciusko because it was fogged in completely when I was there so we didnt do it.
(a dinky 7310 feet / 2228 meters!)

and, It snowed/sleeted/hailed on us on Christmas Day at Cradle Mountain in Tasmania...and we didnt see that one either!

Arsn... maybe we should make the close off point 20 people... thinking of how to get there, accom., food, fuel, skiing stuff and other things you may wanna buy...not everyone would have the money... but maybe atleast 20 will... what do you other guys think???
