blargh! You're the same age as me, but I missed out on my youth so I don't want to be older, I want to be about 6 years younger and have them over again.

"It's never too late to have a happy childhood" -->explains me a-lot. ..also, as for 'ideal' age, i want to want to be at the present moment. samsara is stoopid.

My experience? 30 was GREAT, 31 sucked, and so far 32 is pretty damned good.
31 sucked only because of what was happening within my family...illnesses and death. The rest was pretty ok, to be honest.
In the end, life is what you make of it...in my opinion.

Yeah... getting older ain't that bad.... in fact these days I am more free.. happy go lucky and into mischief then I ever was as a kido ... when I was younger I thought that u had to be serious.. think about your career.. work hard.. get a decent job... a house.. and everything else and that by 25 I would be soo much more on-to-it and knowledgeable... now I am past 25 (just) I don't know how much more on-to-it I actually am but I realise that life is precious.. that following the more "normal" way of life isn't necessarily the most fun and I love to go out and play with fire till the wee hours of the morning... to go to the beach and fall asleep under the stars by a bonfire... to travel all over the world with only your pack on your back.. and that meeting beautiful people and becoming friends is one of the best things in the world. I've met soo many wonderful people in my life... truly beautiful people in the recent years... if furthur years means meeting more of these people then I can't wait. I am doing things now.. that I never even dreamed of doing a few years ago... getting older and the future.. yippee!!! .....bring it on .. As for spinning.. by 30 will have spun for 7 years... contact juggled 8 years.. juggled.. 9 years... wow.. wonder if that will make me any good....??

By the time i'm -1, i will have reached the end of my reincarnations, having learnt all i could in my stay amongst samsara, and will have achieves oneness / enlightment / the state of Buddha. plus I'll have everybody to love and no body to love. heh heh. also if someone sees me on the street, they might kill me.

What a great thread. I'm turning 30 NEXT WEEK! On Thursday 2/26. And I've never been so excited. 10 years was too long to spend in my 20s. 20s were SO FRIGGIN HARD! Now life is only improving - with increasing speed - all the time. I feel like there are things I just don't do now because I'm turning 30. All of you in your 20s can deal with these things if you want to but I'm done. In fact, this is the best my life has been since junior high school. These are the things that are ending with my 20s: I do not date a**h***s. I do not live with cockroaches. I do not take laxitives, diet pills, metabolism enhancing pills or any other kind of pills. And I do not take crap from my family.

I get so depressed on my birthday that I've given up celebrating it.
Another year I've not won a grand prix. Another year I've not been selected for the olympics. Another year closer to dying.
I'm 19 with 8 years experience.
