Do the butterfly infront of you but when the staves are just about wound up give em a throw. The top one (in the hand thats on top in the butterfly) has to spin a little faster than the bottom, but you can throw and catch the butterly..

I've never made more than a full turn with each staff while maintaining a good cross formation, but it looks pretty cool, and isnt so hard to catch [Smile]
