Abs formation by BTB weave

well... it is as clear as the topic.. does anyone got great abs by doing btb weave???

btw... just learned it in one day thanks to night shade hehe

you corrected my double quad i was thinking i was doing double quad windmill that day but i was doing 3 beats.. now i can do the double quad like it should be...
Lets keep practicing toguether tho.. i learn faster that way dont ya think?

my abs look pretty good from doing all the poi in general. i have actually been wanting to do poi with a set of weights on the end. confident enough not to hit myself too bad. now that you two are here i am going to ask you one last time. where in panama are you two? i used to live there.
