Hm.. now why have I never thought of putting rolling into my staffwork. Should be fairly easy with 8 years of aikido practice.
I did for a while try to see if it was possible to do a forward roll with a glass of water without spilling any. Got very close.
Now I have to go outside and make my clothes green from the grass

yo xeda are you talking about grabbing the staff with both hands as you roll? or just with one hand?

Was thiking it could be canny kewl if you could end up in a handstand holding the sfatt and push so you just flip over. only problem i keep thinking of (aint had time to actually try it yet) is that you probably end up bending the staff.
