personally, the "one styleness" of baton twirling means i very quickly get bored watching them.





if the user has only one style, then yes they get boring quickly. i change it up quite a bit with all my fireprops, so that each performance set is different. this keeps the audience from getting hypnotized into a coma.

I've never thought of my 1m double-staffs as batons, they're so frikkin' heavy because I made them from steel, they're heavier than most big staffs, and have just as much momentum because of this =).

I think of baton as those utterly light mini sticks that change direction super easily and can be thrown effortlessly etc.
