I have been playing with Poi in general now for about four years but this is the first time i have ever tried to do fire poi. I have noticed that with the speed and moves that i use for the fire poi they don't last too long (about 2 min). Which fuel would be best used for Fire Poi to make them last longer?

@amber, another thing you need to do is soak your poi properly. Depending what head you are using, you should get a 4 - 6 minute burn out of it if soaked properly, and the more you burn, the more seasoned your poi become and the burns become longer until they reach the 4 - 6 minute mark.
