This just mean for me what can we do with a stool... Nothing new excepted a trademark :s This kind of object ( in circus ) can be placed between acrobatics ( or movement ; weight transfert to be more precise) and juggling by his weight and size. For me, in the aim of manipulation, there is 3 familly of object : smaller, equal or bigger than you ( a human
i hope so ). In the first one, they are really carryable and too small to support you weight like juggling material or any kind of instrument, or tool etc. Into the third one, we can find the uncarryable object like furnitures, aerial material, etc( wich needs a complement of body manipulation coz' the strict object manipulation will be really poor). You have understood what accept the second familly . This is just a constatation, there is a lot of exceptions. I love the posibilities of the second family objects, it's just amazing to mix juggling with circus movement. The missing link . I maybe wandered from the point

The only real difference though, between this and a normal sool, is if it lands on the wrong end with a stool... well... it'll hurt alot.

Interesting, would be much better by using a mass-index-brake, which are used in ladders and stools in libraries and warehouses. They have wheels that slide in any direction underneath, but as soon as someone stands on it or bears weigth on it, the wheels lock up.
Anyone up for some vids using them?
