For EJC Ireland 2006, we have secured the use of the largest indoor

hall in Ireland, with plenty of fields for tents, camping and fun, all

on the same site. We realise that the dates are significantly earlier

than many of you were expecting, but if we held the EJC in August, as

in previous years, we would be unable to use a site of this quality.

Our priority is to deliver a great convention, and that is what we are

concentrating on doing!

Now added to the website :

Travel Information

Photos of the hall

Accommodation Options

Forums now added - arrange lifts to Millstreet, and chat about the EJC here!

Please direct any questions or comments to info@ejc2006.net

We look forward to seeing you all here!

Slán,

Helen

I hope everyone is bringing a costume?!

It's not going to be just me running around like an idiot all dressed up, is it?!

Packing light is a problem, but please, please squeeze in a few flags to brighten up your camp - and definitely a costume...!

So what day is dressing up day then? Cos I'm not going to do it all week.

I suggest Monday... and maybe the last Saturday too biggrin

I second that - Faye of Boggleshop who all of the Irish will know from other conventions is bringing a market stall of fancy dress stuff on Monday, so no excuses!

I'm in london. has anybody got spare room in their car/van/or whatever you're ferryign in? I'd prefer to not fly.

I can bus or train to wherever you are if you're not in london.

my departure date is pretty flexible.
I'd like to be back in london by the 16th (or early the 17th if that ain't possible). but I'm also confident that I'll be able to scrounge up a ride back to london from someone at the EJC if you're not coming back directly.

thanks

PS - I think I'm packing enough tigerbalm to cover your whatever your nippley needs may be.

A) try stronger tiger balm. I've heard good things about singapore blue. but the best I've tried is USA Ultra Strength.

B) try it somewhere more sensitive

for anyone that knows about it. please spread the word once you arrive on-site. 'ping-pong' (which first came to my knowlege at the UK invasion last year) i'll try to get the word out at the renegade shows if possible. but word of mouth is the best way to get word around.
