Hello to HOP! Well, I finally decided to join this site after hearing of many of it's wonders from KaelGotRice and Adrillf (who mostly lurk on gs.c) because Adrillf informed me there were a bunch of unicyclists biggrin Anywho, I've been unicycling for about 9 years, juggling for 4 and glowsticking for a few months. So, I thought I'd stop in and say hi and see what this place was about. I think I might like it better than gs.c if only for this smiley juggle

^^ That post made me laugh really hard.

I'm at Brigham Young University (Utah...bleh, I'm originally from southern california) double majoring in Middle Eastern Studies/Arabic and Ancient Near Eastern Studies so I can grow up to be an Egyptologist. As far as the arabic goes, we're learning aamiya and fusha, so it's a fun time.

Problem with my Indonesian is I mix slang with proper Indonesian so it would just confuse anyone unless they are actually Indonesian...

So Patrick you have the Rosetta stone do you?

Or is this another relic that translates languages?

Who you calling a relic? wink

Have always had a love of languages. Like being able to at least say Hello and Thank You to as many peoples as I can.

I tried to learn hieroglyphics. But haven't come very far with that! frown And my spanish sucks. Mucho!

And english isn't that great either!

hieroglyphs are hard, especially if you're trying to learn them on your own. They're really fun once you can sort of get it though. You can read random stories and post signs on the door of your dorm room. ^_^
