is this really obvious? Someone said something about doing an isolation and I have NO idea what they're on with!

I'm new at this as you might be able to tell wink

Someones going to tell you to do a search smile

Alternatively, depending on where you are in S. Yorks, you could call down at Sheffield Universtities 'Flying Teapots Circus' one Monday night and hope that Solace, our resident isolation prodigy, is in attendance.

do a search.
but then, i'm only saying this because dave said that someone would.
so you dont really have to.
anyway, kelly, i've always found it difficult to figure out how to do moves by what people write... i am much more a visual and kinesthetic learner. show me and i can do it.
but reading it....
what. ever.
anyway.
yay!
woo!
yay!

those that know, dont say. those that say, dont know.

There's a search box in the top right hand corner of every page.

Basically an isolation is a buzzsaw where the center of rotation is half way down the poi. The hands and the poi heads move as much as each other.
