"Stumbled onto this site. never even knew about the art of poi. ordered your product on the 15th and arrived on the 29th. big concert this weekend and excited to use it. was gonna give a 4 on satisfaction if i did not receive it for the event but it came just in time. thanks allot! any new products or anything new with your company i would love to know about! you guys rock!"

"The service I had gotten was superb. I think it's easier to just show what someone of HOP said. 'I guess we cant always predict the future but we will always try to put things right when they go wrong.' 'Taking the stand we have is costing us sales at the moment but we would rather lose some sales than put people and property at risk from substandard hardware.' Just left the name out of who said it. (Privacy 'n all) But this is the kind of service a company needs to have. And I just love the poi I got with it!"
