"Shop reacts quick for any requests. There is no long time delays or waiting. Event in minor cases there is no problem at all. I remember, that one time they sent me replacement for Dragon staff, while it wasn't working properly. Second time they resetted my acccount to previous state, so i was able to shop again. (because of credit card service bug). After all - don't be afraid to ask for help. The stuff are all very friendly and helpful."

"I've always been impressed with the service that HoP offers its customers. I've been buying my flow toys from HoP for several years now without any issue. My most recent purchase, however, had a defective LED poi head. I contacted HoP asking for troubleshooting advice or how to start a replacement claim.
