Service Beyond the call of duty!
"Just wanted to say a HUGE thanks for the care and lengths taken to ensure my new staff made it safely across the world! I recently purchased a new staff and asked for a bit of extra packing as it was going to the Caribbean with me. The packaging was outstanding with a wodden case made as support as well as extra cardboard etc. Many many thanks! Awesome service."

What excellent service
"I can't begin to explain how great the service is that I have received from HOP. Emails get answered by the next day and I have have just received my 'toys' less than a week from when I ordered them all the way to Dubai. Other mail order sites should strive to your level but I doubt they will ever get there. Thanks guys for the great service keep it up."

Happy with the Results and Service
"The order seemed to arrive at my mailbox in no time flat. I'm a new spinner and I've been careful to follow the advice given on this website and the videos. Results have been excellent. I'm getting good lifetime from the wicks by not letting them burn too long. (When the flame *starts* dying out put 'em out.) Also I practiced for about three months before my first live fire exercise. Good thing too. Discovered several common types of accidents that could result in a fatal injury if the wicks were lit. Again I'm a happy customer and I'm very happy with the service and the product. My next door neighbors -- who have been recruited into the job of spotting me -- are impressed with the results."
