"Just want to thank the entire home of poi team not only for there excellent service and site but also quick delivery and outstanding products. I didnt think buying goods over the internet could be this easy and simple yet safe and i like the fact that an email is sent to you as soon as the order is processed which is very reassuring. The products are on another level and the workmen ship is a hole lot better than a dodgy set of ppi that i brought from australia from a different site. "I recently ordered a DVD from HoP and it arrived in the mail loose in its case. It had sustained a few scratches from traveling that way and I filed a comment with HoP's support staff. I received an email back shortly after their helpdesk opened (I live in the US EST so there's a significant time difference) asking me if I wanted a replacement disc. I stated that the DVD played but there were definitely scratches and who knew when it would quit on me. With no further questions asked I was shipped out a new DVD which is winging its way to me in the mail right now. Thank you Home of Poi support staff!"

HOP really is the best hands down.
"Firstly I should say that no company is perfect. Everyone is human and therefore makes a mistake now and again. Most companies are pretty good at addressing those issues. HOP is no exception to that rule. What really amazes me about HOP is how far above that bar they go. If the shipping company makes a mistake HOP will usually glady reship items trusting you to return them. Should you wear out an item they may well replace it free of charge. I consider this to go way beyond their responsibility. I really don't have any words for expressing how amazing these guys are when it comes to support. All I can say is that they have the best support of any company I've dealt with bar none. Keep up the good work guys!"
