Not ease to changes
"We requested refund of our flags since the product does not match our expectations for this price. We wanted to send it back and buy 3x Sirius PX3 Smooth Handle Juggling Club. Then we got your answer via mail, informing us having to send back the flags to Hong Kong. This cost and refund policies make it unfeasable so we have to keep the flags and stop buying anymore on Home of Poi. We feel so sorry about this. Over the years have recommended your shop but we never had to face a refund. Not that we have this situation, we sadly can't continue recommending HoP."

Reply from Home of Poi: "As per our refund policy, customers dissatisfied with their purchase for any reason may return the goods to us. Goods must be returned to receive a refund. In case of a faulty product, customers need not send it back to us; we'll promptly provide a replacement or refund."

Home of Poi is the best choice
"At Home of Poi they have super nice customer service and deliveries are also made within the agreed time. When the package arrives everything is well packaged and all my products arrived intact.
