i didn't have a whole lot of time left on my camera so it cut me off a little at the end, but the last one is one hand doing a 4 petal antispin and the other doing a small toss allowing the antispin arm to pass between the poi handle and your hand. another variation i didn't have time for would be the opposite direction extention one. one hand will do an extention while the other does a 4 petal antispin and you'd be turning a whole 360. so you'd need to know your antispin turns for that. if you have any questions or want me to go more in depth with any of the variations just let me know
