An isolation changes the center of rotation from your hand to a point along the body of the poi.
Tips/Hints
Spin the poi slowly and rotate your hand as fast or faster than the poi head

| 21st Dec 2011 7:29 PM i finally decided to focus on isos today and yesterday i decided i was only gunna spin glowsticks until i get my flowtoys next month. and ive lost my sockpoi. hopefully it will prove to be benificial |
