I gave you the incorrect delivery address! What can I do?

Please read all of the following.

For Goods that have not been shipped...

Please login and check your order online. If it has not been shipped yet then you can edit the address it is being shipped to, however you can not change the delivery country. Click the edit address button next to your delivery address.

If the delivery country is incorrect, then login and view your order, then click one of the cancel order buttons.

If your goods have already been shipped...

If the postal service are unable to deliver an order for whatever reason they will send the order back to us as undeliverable. When they send the order back as undeliverable it can take 4-6 weeks to arrive back here.

If you ordered using express courier please contact the courier company listed on your tracking page. Login into your account and view your order to see your tracking information.

Once the goods are returned we can then refund you for the cost of the goods (Not including shipping or delivery charges).

If the address is totally incorrect and the parcel is not going to arrive you could place a new order via the website and we would process that as per normal. Then when the parcel with the incorrect address is returned back to us as undeliverable we will refund for the cost of the goods, and email you as explained above.
