Are there really no new silly questions left? Run a search, this has been discussed at length before

Something that was discussed in the chat room yesterday:

Is Swiss Cheese a rip off? As it has holes you are effectively paying for air...

It was a day for screaming at inanimate objects.

What this calls for is a special mix of psychology and extreme violence...

No its not, when you buy a pound of cheese you still get a pound of cheese, there is actually more swiss in a pound of cheese than say chedder!

Here is the real question, what do other countries call American Cheese"?

but what about the pre-packaged stuff? cos you don't pay for that by weight. Do they regulate the number of holes you get?

I have no idea what American cheese is, and so I guess they must call it something else.

The closest thing to scary bendy fake-coloured American cheese that I've found over here are che cellophane wrapped cheese slices that we put in cheeseburgers....

Cheese bicycles, cheese juggling hats, and even those reaally little cheese squares that they impale on sharp toothpicks and kill animals to accompany with. Sounds grusome when you put it like that !!!!
