I have to rely on online purchases as i cant try before i buy due to non existant poi suppliers near me. online sellers suggest using tennis balls in the poi, but is this correct? i want to use the right equipment cost permitting, but have no experience of whats used.

Posted: Tennis balls are cheap HoP also has Recycled rubber Poi head weights which are so loverly and soft :) These contain the soft weights...
