Posted: I looked around and couldn't find a subject on this. I've had the LED contact staff for well over a year now (maybe two?) and i really enjoy it. it's well balanced and works for what i need. However, last night while spinning, one of the ends spun in place and slid off the handle. I checked the threading on the handle and both ends seemed evenly tight but only one end slid off. Does anyone know how to troubleshoot/repair this issue?
Posted: The offset Rubber grip at the ends of the handles may need to be cleaned so they can grip the inside of the LED tubes and tighten the bolt for compression rings to expand and grip onto the LED Pipe.
Also, you want to try and clean the inside of the tube to make sure no dirt, grease is in there. Use a bit of cloth on a wire to get inside far enough to clean.
