Posted: So I have been spinning dragon staff for about 3 months. Over that time I notice as I'm doing forearm rolls the grip rips hair out of my arms leaving these bare skin tracks in between hair. How do you prevent the staff from ripping out arm hair?

Posted: have you tried using cushion grip? its more gentle on bare skin though you have to work harder to get the staff moving the same
you could also try an arm covering (eg long sleeve top, long gloves, just sleeves, etc) but again it will change how well the staff sticks to you so it may require more effort too
my choice is get rid of the hair with some body burning but that isnt for everyone
I dont want to be called 'the greatest' or 'one of the greats'; let other guys claim to be the best. I just want to be known as a clown, to me thats the height of my profession. It means you can do everything-sing, dance, and above all, make people laugh
