I can not find any help online on how to practice split time (not split time trick just spinning in split time) you have any tricks or tips to help me? Thx :)

I dont understand your question, you need tricks or simply spin the poi.

same as above, split time is just a matter of controlling the speed of each poi independently (ie speed up one of them)


is probably the best vid you will get on it, if it doesnt help then id recommend trying to get someone to show you in person
