namaste poi masters!
picked up my poi today for the first time since I got them, been trying to master the butterfly.
i can't seem to spin with my palms up and i was wondering if i was holding them wrong?
i use the two finger straps on the led poi
if anyone could tell me the correct way to hold them that would you wonderful!

not sure what they mean by palms up, but for butterfly the easiest method is hands in fists with your thumbs at the top
