Posted:Hello all!
I've only just started contact juggling and received my first acrylic ball this week. I was super excited to try things I can't do with stickier silicone balls like squeeze ups, but I quickly discovered that my hands themselves are strangely sweaty and sticky which stops the ball moving smoothly between my fingers. Do I just have strangely clammy hands or is this something other people experience as well? Is there a way to help keep this from happening - powder like gymnasts, or even anti antiperspirant for my silly hands?
Thanks for your help! I feel completely clueless.
