I have no idea what tricks you can do or what you spin but i think its best to consentrate on the ones you know best and put more actual dancing in the routine rather than do complicated move where you are frozen on the spot.
Oh and if you wanna be really fancy get a BOOM toy from pyroterra - I soooo want the boom poi.
