When they say you can harden kevlar for cathedral wrap poi with school glue how do you do that?

PVA is a glue that hardens with heat. I put PVA around common fray points on the wick, such as where the screws go it to hold it together, and on the outside leading edge which can sometimes hit the ground and wear out.
