Was just wondering if the ninja v3s have a warranty. i only had them for a week before the cole cord started to tear(about 2 weeks ago). i have been really gentle with them but i believe it was from me being so amazed on the awesome orbitals. i now know not to do them over and over like i was but i was really hoping i could get a replacement. im absolutley inlove with them and the flowlights i got awhile back. i almost cried when they broke. any help on this subject would be great thanks!

There is a 'contact us' at the top of the page and there
you will find 'product enquiry' form to comunicate
directly with the shop.

What was the response from the "contact us" email?
Most likely they'll be able to help you out.

There is a message from Malcolm on every product page that looks like this:

"If you are not 100% satisfied with our goods for any reason then return to us within 30 days of opening for a complete refund for the goods."

Ask me about flow, and prepare to listen for the rest of your life, or tell me to stop talking eventually...

i never saw that messege and they broke about 2 weeks after they were sent to me. i have been trying to reach someone sense then. its been over a month..
