So I just did an admission on another patient who came on with her water broken a bit before term.
So I was running in and out of the exam room doing exams and paperwork and checking stats and what-not. So on one occasion, I opened the door just in time to hear her talking with her friends and using the terms "med student" and "hot" in the same sentence. And as soon as my face poked through the door, they all turned beet red and started giggling.
Now, I just played cluelessness (I have to be professional here), but oh, brother. Either she'll be nice to me all night or she'll keep asking for me all night, and it's fixing to be a busy night all of a sudden, so let's hope it's the former and not the latter.
