Posted:Hey guys, I was wondering if there was a targeted poi stretch routine to follow? I see that shoulders and arms are some obvious ones, but what about the laterals and abdomen? The triceps and trapezius? I like to lean alot in my practice; I was thinking about picking up some yoga. I have almost no flexibility BTB, I kind of need this to make further progress in some areas. Any other suggestions?
