maybe try searching in specific forums and searching for the terms in the header only rather than in header and body.

don't use the "Search" from the "Community" menue but the one that is below

for example in hte header now see the title
"Forums>>Social>>Help>>How do I search?

Forum List>>My Stuff>>User List>>Calendar>>Active Topics>>SEARCH

Dropdown --> Advanced search

When searching for "Hybrid" in "Technical" "Subject only" I get

Maybe try being a bit more specific in your search query as well.

Might turn up better results
