Two staff juggling videos below. The first is a live performance at the BJC last year, the skills are limited but damn I'm good wink
The second is a training video of some tricks Ive been working on, the bit I'm proudest of is the 3 staff back-crosses.

-Less fast, so you don't stretch your wrists.
-More technical tricks over high tosses.

-Same as above.

All right you juggle = static = no spinnnig = no dance. Try to
incorporate some more basic turning and spinning with doubles.

This will make your performance more dynamic. There are some
nice tech staff juggling video floating around too.

cool footwork a little bit of style and some very nice staff
juggling.
