Just had to say that I am deeply in love with this art. I was having a down day and decided to blast some of my favorite music and spin outside. 30 minutes of transcendental bliss. I'm feeling extremely happy and full of love and wanted to pass it along to you all.

I love using poi as a meditation tool. Sure sometimes its just fun to go and show off, but I love the way it clears my head and makes me just happier in general.
