This ones pretty easy (in comparison to other fire eating tricks), just pull your lips right back while it's between your teeth, heat rises and all, you still heat your teeth past 80degC if you hold it too long, but the bulk of the heat leaves your mouth.

Though long term (or short term depending on their current condition) this damages the teeth, at best you crack the enamel, at worst they fall apart/out.

You can limit the heat transfer by breathing out quickly while your doing this, but it's pretty much impossible to stop it all.

As Pele mentioned in the other thread, fire breathing at worst results in fatalities, fire eating at worst results in lost teeth and taste sensation.

however... she might already have her 3rd set

she's holding the wick quite long with her teeth... it's possible. I've seen a guy who did that with regular firepoi in Bali a few years back... He stopped that now (for health reasons).
