So ever since the first common ground ive wanted to have a spinning to cheesy music improv session ... this year possibly being the last one ive decided to make it happen. So would love to hear your suggestions of super cheesy music

I think it would depend on what you would consider Cheesy music. I love lost of types of music so not much of it to me would me cheesy. I think that music can fit particular moods & say many things about how you feel during your spinning sessions. So give me an example of Cheesy music, & I Can give you some apropriate feed back.
