Hello all,
I've been asked to pass on the message that this year's 9 day Bristol
convention is confirmed, and has a website up and running. Hurrah.
You will need to pre register this year as the convention is not open to the public for licencing reasons.

this is just before i leave for uni so i dont know how busy i'll be, but i'm sure i can manage to be there for a couple of days
besides, i have to drive through bristol to get to my uni, so i really shouldn't have any excuse not to go

yeh but dont i have to register for things and join things and be there for important meetings and stuff? i do really want to come, but knowing when i can come up will be pretty last minute... we'll see

On the first day yes but from what i remember we spent the rest of freshers week sampling the local pubs.
Dont leave it too late though as you have to register for Bristol so you wont be able to just turn up this year (at least i think thats the deal)

You no longer have to pre-reg, you just need to turn up on the day so it should be just like a regular bristol!
