I currently have flowpoi duo but would like to spin singles like crystal poi set.
Is it a good idea to saw the duo casing in half leaving 2 pieces of clear tubing?

I would have to make a type of hinge for when i spin duo again or tape or something. Also is drilling holes in the tubes recommended to allow for pressing the button?

Thanks

Wouldn't it be more sensible to just order some crystal cases? wonder

You should contact the makers of Flowtoys and ask.

Yes, i have a couple of days ago from here. Sometimes I just fancy trying to make stuff (like i did with my oggz)
I went to a big hardware store and they didnt even have any clear tubing. Only white or grey for drainage, what use is that!

I read somewhere that the right sized polycarb tubing is a pain to find... has to be ordered specially usually.

I am open to new ideas though. e.g. I found this in a bucket full of hair styling stuff. No idea what it is but im guessing something that hot haircurlers go into. - fits a flowlight great, rather painful mind!

Ha that's cool.

If you hit up a pool/spa store you can prolly find the tubes they use for the FlowMass. Kinda a ribbed clear tube with a blue tint.
